MediaPress is an MPEG encoder that combines the latest digital video technology to capture and compress video and audio signals into fully compatible MPEG1 or MPEG2 bitstreams for media network transmissions and DVD authoring. What's New: Version 1.1: Now compatible with OS X 10.3 (Panther) Realtime multiplexing (muxing) is back. You can turn it on in the Presets drawer. Bitrates can now be set to two decimal places, rather than just the .5 megabit increments of version 1.0 (be sure to press the 'enter' key after changing the bitrate value, to make sure it 'sticks'.) New preferences allow specifying the default item type, and the preset to be used when importing a batch list from a text file.
